We'll see how this goes...

As we speak, my toddler is asleep. In his bed. In his TODDLER BED! With no rails or crib tent to keep him in, but with a big ol' pile of blankets and pillows (aka padding) on the floor for when he manages to find his way out...voluntarily, or not. Lordy mercy, what have we done?

I decided to take the plunge today. After doing some on line reading, and reading all about how "if your toddler is sleeping fine in his crib, there is no need to transition to a bed" and then thinking to myself "actually, my toddler is sleeping like ASS, so why not throw caution to the wind and reason to the dogs and try out the toddler bed, since none of us are sleeping ANYWAY!!"

He went down with a fight - a teeny tiny little fight. Wuss.

We'll see what happens when IF he wakes up, at half past ass in the morning. Stay tuned!
