So, come Monday, I...nay WE are starting a 3 week cleanse. Truthfully, I'll be thrilled if we make it to 2 weeks, but we're going to give it a shot. We're all feeling a little fat and flabby around here, and in preparation for the gorge-fest that is the Christmas Holidays, we're trying to get ourselves a bit healthier around here, if only for a limited time.
As you all likely know, there's a big list of no-nos when you're cleansing. Sugar, processed foods, coffee and alcohol, to name a few of my favourites.
Our friend Mark came to visit this week, and like a good little visitor, he came laden with beer. Stella for Steve, Strongbow for me. We are well stocked on beer.
Here's where the sacrifice comes in:
We have to drink ALL THE BEER before Monday (because lord knows that beer just won't last if we leave it alone for 3 weeks.) Not to mention eat all the crap food in our fridge. It's going to be tough, but we're going to give it the old college try!

You're funny. I wouldn't do any of that because then the holidays come and you eat all that good stuff, and your body's not used to it, you'll get stomach aches, headaches and runny poop (sorry) from all that rich and wonderful food.
I say don't adjust anything now, or you'll be making far more adjustments later. lol. (seriously!)
