A walk in the woods

We are so lucky to have the Bruce Trail practically at our back door. (A slight, country exaggeration, as we actually have to get in the car and drive to it, but it's a short drive!)


It's great to get out and enjoy it every once and and a while...not nearly often enough! Yesterday we fondly reminisced about walking the trail last year, when it took hours, and we kept coaxing Griffin to catch up, as he had to inspect every tree, rock and root. This time, he ran and ran and ran, and we had to tell him to slow down as he kept getting so far ahead on the trail that he was out of sight!

Needless to say, everyone slept well last night!
