I have a post for Corben's 9th month sitting in the hopper, I've been trying to get it finished for over a week! A week, people!
Redonk.
Anywho, we just returned today from a FANTASTIC trip to Bayfield to attend the wedding of some dear friends.
It started off with awesomeness simply because it was in Bayfield. I love Bayfield. We had a cottage in Bayfield for a few years when I was a teenager, there were some excellent memories made there. Things have really changed in Bayfield - many of the shops have changed, some have moved, some have disappeared. There are a still a few landmarks that have stood the test of time though.
Anyway, where was I?
Right, wedding.
We stayed at The Little Inn, somewhere where my drunken teenaged feet (or even my sober adult feet) had never tread. It's fancy.
Oh my stars. Dinner? Was spec-tac-u-lar. 5 courses of delectable goodness. Rich, luxurious, please sir may I have some more goodness.
A wonderful little twist? 5 tables. 5 courses. The bride and groom played musical tables and joined each table for a course. Great idea!
Today we spent the morning enjoying some more delicious food, hanging out with friends that we don't see nearly often enough, and wandering the streets and playing in the beautiful fall colours.

I remember your family's cottage in Bayfield... good times! Love the picture of your two men. I can see why it is your favourite of all times.
I used to work at the little inn so got to eat that awesomeness of dinner every night at about 2 am. Great folks, great food, a really good job.
