The Scene: The car. Corben is crying*. Griffin leans over to impart some big brother wisdom upon him.
G: "Corben, don't cry. Crying doesn't get you anything."
(Well, at least I know he hears me when I talk to him!)
*It might have something to do with the fact that his gums are mean, and are currently pushing out FOUR teeth. Yes, I can see the whites of FOUR teeth in his upper gums. That's just mean!

I am really not a fan of teething. It was horrible the first time around and it is shaping up to be crappy for the 2 sets of 2-year molars that are beginning to make their presence known. Hope Corben feels better soon! :)
OK. This post made me howl because I just uttered those "Crying doesn't get you anything" words last night to my youngest.
