Planning for the future

Hey moms, do me a favour, wouldja? Go over here, and tell me if the predictions are right for you. This calender is right for everyone I've checked with so far...hmmm, curious. (Remember when you're looking at the calender - it's age at conception, not birth.) We've started to talk about when baby #2 is going to arrive (and don't get excited because it isn't going to be for a while!) but I'd really like to round out our nice little family with a baby girl...mostly because I'm scared of living in a house full of boys!

Steve and I are both Virgos, and thus planners to the highest extreme. Griffin too is a Virgo, because, well, we planned it that way! Virgos get along best with other Virgos they say, so here we all are! But, adding a 4th Virgo to our pack may just be suicide, so we're also taking into consideration where baby will land in the calender, and what that may mean for her personality. No sense in mixing oil with water right off the bat we figure.

I'm eager to hear your stories!

(P.S. Speaking about making babies, this week also marks Griffins 2 year conception-aversary! Whee!! Too much information? Oh well.)

Sorry, inconclusive results...it was correct for Tristan and wrong for Phelan. I think you'll have better luck writing your wish on a piece of paper and burning it in the fireplace while jumping up and down on one leg with your eyes closed, humming "I feel pretty" and thinking girly thoughts!

I might just do that too!

I checked the chart when I was preggers with Cam and it was bang on. I don't know if there's any truth to it, but I'll check it again for he next babe. Can't hurt, right? I also liked dangling my engagement ring over my belly and rating my morning sickness and cravings.

I can't answer for myself, since the durned kid isn't here yet...But my aunt just had her baby, and it was wrong. So, yeah.

Well, old, old mom here, but the chart was exactly accurate for the two children I birthed way back in the 70s.

worked for me. I checked one of those when I was preggers - I always knew that it was a boy though!

Didn't work for me. I'm contrary though. I did however, while on my trip to China the spring before i got preggers, ask for a baby girl in no less then three temples in three different ways.
