We're all fine, and not nearly as grumpy as we look!! A set of stairs that Griffin normally climbs 459 times a day to get to the top of the slide in the back yard at daycare got the better of him today, and he looks a little worse for wear. Apparently he cried for about 2.4 seconds and then was back up the stairs.
Oh, and here's an interesting tidbit, and a possible explanation as to why nothing FITS my little He-Man any more: Griffin eats a decent sized breakfast here every morning...and by decent, I mean decent enough for a small army! An entire banana, an orange (of the clementine variety), and a piece of toast, usually washed down by a cup of juice or a bottle of milk. WELLLLL...I find out yesterday that the little piggy toddles off to daycare where he enjoys the long standing Hobbit tradition of SECOND BREAKFAST. The little turkey scarfs down TWO Eggo waffles every morning upon arrival, which normally hold him for an hour or two until morning snack. He asks for food ALL. DAY. LONG.
As long as she doesn't start to charge us extra, day care may be the best place for him after all. I'm pretty sure he's eating AT LEAST his daily fee in food! I couldn't afford to stay home with him if he ate like that every day.
My. Gawd. We're going to need a bigger fridge in about 13 years...

My little man eats SO much too and seems to grow wider and taller everyday. I understand! Our babies are growing up :)
Tristan still survives on hardly more than a dried fruit leather and a cracker each day. I envy you your robust-eager-to-eat kids. (Though since weaning, Phelan is eating better!)
I am afraid that this is the way Dylan is heading. He eats non-stop. Wakes up, milk. An hour later, breakfast, followed by snack, milk, lunch, water, milk, snack, dinner, milk, bed. repeat.
Oh .... no kisses!
hahahahaha Start saving NOW!!!! My son was like that..
Trust me.. Boys eat A LOT!!!!!
cheers Kim
