They're here!

They're here! And, they had the smarts to arrive on Monday, so I got to hold and snuggle and take pictures before I had to go!

Theodore (Theo) Joachim Jansen and Jolyn Klara Jansen arrived on Monday afternoon, weighing in at 5lbs 12 oz and 5 lbs 2 oz respectively. Jolyn and her mom are home already, Theo is in the NICU because of some initial breathing problems. He's been fine since about 8pm last night, but they need to keep him there for 48 hours without any trouble.

Auntie RETARDO (um...that's be me) left her camera at Paul's house when she went to the hospital, so didn't get any pictures of Theo, I only got pictures of Jolyn when she came home. Here she is, looking all cozy and itty bitty:

And here's her very much bigger, and very much snottier big brother:

What a lovely visit we all had. My brother and I stayed up too late last night and drank too many beers, and talked about how our little family just grew exponentially - my Mom had NO grandkids 19 months ago, now she has 4!

Welcome to the family Theo and Jolyn!

Holy gosh! Congratulations, Auntie Jenn - and all my best to P&S. Seeing just how young 'big' brother is...wow! Jolyn is beautiful. Now you've got a girl to sew for! Can't wait to see Theo too! So glad you were able to be there for the big event!

How very wonderful for all of you and all of us in the family to have 2 more little Jansens. Congratulations to you Jen and Steve and Griffin and especially to Josie, WOW grandma!!! what a wonderful gift. Pete is probably laughing like hell and saying it sucks to be you guys(you know how he loved kids) He will also watch over them in his quiet way. Paul and Stacy....Good for you. Be happy, have fun, and watch them grow. You are very blessed.
