Cottage Success

After reading about a bajillion listings, (and knowing how easy it is to make something sound better than it is after our forray into the housing market this past spring) it was a bit of a crapshoot:

"Waterfront Cottage near Trent-Severn Waterway. 1200sq/ft modernized, fresh painted cottage/home, with a great cozy cottage feel. Beautifully maintained 1 acre lawn/mature trees in a very very private setting."
