T'is the season.

Pink eye infections - 3 people, 6 eyes. (Steve "wins" for worst pink eye infection EV-ER)

Ear infections - 3 ears confirmed. 2 more suspected.

Boxes of kleenex consumed - more than I could even dream to count.

Remedies consumed - ditto. Ear drops, two kinds of eye drops, Advil by the gallon, cough medicine, copious cups of tea, throat lozenges, Saline drops, eucalyptus in the humidifier, and so on.

Number of times a small person has rubbed their snotty nose all over my sweater - eleven thousand five hundred and nineteen. Approximately.

Number of times I have knocked on wood, and thanked my lucky stars that I have NOT been one of the victims to any of the above - apparently not enough.

I hab a cowd. Eff.

Did you know that we have a lot of remedies on curing puffy eyes or pink eyes. Arizona eye care said that, breast milk does appear to have healing properties that can prove beneficial when it comes to treating minor illnesses and injuries. This is because of the antibodies that breast milk contains. Just as breast milk provides your baby with necessary antibodies to fight off infection, it can also work to kill off bacteria and viruses when applied topically to problem areas.
